Refund policy

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR CHANGE OF MIND due to hygienic reasons. This includes (and is not limited to) tooth brushes (manual and electric), HYDROflossers, replacement brush heads and all accessories unless deemed faulty upon arrival.

Refunds for faulty items are assessed case by case, depending on length of time and amount of use of the product. 

Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. Photos or a video of the fault must be emailed to contact@tootiebrush.com.au to receive a replacement or a store credit. Once an item is replaced, we can no longer process any refunds or replacements for the same item.

We are pleased to accept exchanges for your product(s) as long as the following conditions are met:

  • The items must be returned within 10 days of receiving the product along with the original invoice.

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition and still have its original packaging, including hygienic seals and with no damage.

  • Only store credit will be offered for returned items (unless item is deemed faulty)
  • Customer provides return shipping and will not be reimbursed. 

ALL of these requirements are at ANY purchased time, whether online, in store or at an EXPO.
