Shipping policy

We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand only. Orders are usually dispatched within 24hours depending on demand – We aim to get your order to you ASAP. We work with both Sendle and Australia Post. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will be subject to the delivery service selected. Depending on your location delivery can take up to 2-9 business days. If you require your order urgently we recommend the Express Postage option. Tootie Brush is not liable for delivery delays caused by the courier.

As our systems are automated, we are not liable for orders that are sent to the incorrectly inputted address and we do not cover shipping costs if the address is inputted incorrectly or the parcel is not collected in time. An extra shipping fee will incur if the parcel needs to be resent or redirected, otherwise, we can refund the cost of the item. Tootie Brush will not be liable in the event that a parcel is deemed lost in transit or delivered to an incorrect address by the postage company.
